Creative Arts Therapy for children, adults & groups.
Because some things are easier to express in colour than conversation…
This isn’t about making art that looks good.
It’s about making space for what’s been stuck, unspoken, or too tender to name.
Together, we use creativity, presence, and grounded therapeutic tools to help you process what matters — at your pace, in your way.
Who I Help
Children and Teens
Support your child through challenge and growth — in a way that meets them where they’re at.
Creative arts therapy offers young people a creative, developmentally-sensitive space to express what’s hard to put into words. Whether they’re feeling overwhelmed, withdrawn, anxious or simply struggling to process change, we use art-making and gentle therapeutic support to explore their current experiencing — no matter their age or stage. It’s not about being good at art. It’s about giving them a way to feel seen, heard, and safe.
Adults
You don’t have to have the words — you just need a place to start.
Creative arts therapy offers a calm, non-judgemental space to explore what you’re feeling, especially when talking feels too hard or too much.
Whether you’re moving through grief, burnout, life changes, anxiety or trauma, we use creative expression and gentle therapeutic support to help you reconnect to yourself — at your pace, in your way.
Community and Professional Organisations
Creative spaces for connection, insight and growth — whether you're navigating particular life themes or fostering team cohesion and wellbeing.
I offer tailored art therapy workshops for communities and professional organisations to support your needs.
These sessions use creative expression and evidenced based art therapy processes to explore what’s needing support, reflect and connect on shared experiences and strengthen community and workplace needs and values. No art skills needed, just a willingness to show up.
What is Creative Arts Therapy?
Arts therapy is a form of creative, body-aware therapy that helps you express what’s hard to put into words. You don’t need to be “good at art” — the focus is on the process, not the product. Whether you’re drawing, painting, sculpting or simply making marks, creative expression becomes a way to explore your feelings, calm your nervous system, and make sense of your inner world — especially when talking feels too hard, too much, or not enough.
Who is this for?
I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life changes, or experiences that feel too complex to put into words.
Art therapy offers a non-verbal, creative way to explore what’s going on beneath the surface — through image, movement and making. It’s not about creating something perfect — it’s about creating space to feel, process, and make meaning in a way that feels safe and grounded.
Whether you’re living with grief, chronic illness, neurodivergence, trauma, or simply need a new way in — we work gently, at your pace, in your way.
